Our Veg Lite box is approximately 350–420 kcal. Our Non-Veg Lite (with 2 eggs) is approximately 480–560 kcal. Both are well within a healthy breakfast range for weight loss — substantial enough to reduce hunger, low enough to support a calorie deficit.
Which plan is better for weight loss — Veg or Non-Veg?
Both work. The Non-Veg Lite has more protein (30–32 g) which leads to stronger satiety throughout the day — making it easier to eat less at lunch. The Veg Lite (18–20 g) is lower calorie and still highly satiating. Choose based on your dietary preference and overall protein intake from other meals.
Is there sugar in the breakfast?
