Which plan is better for PCOS — Veg or Non-Veg?
Both are suitable. The Non-Veg Lite (30–32 g protein with eggs) is often recommended for PCOS because eggs are rich in choline, vitamin D, and B vitamins that directly support hormonal pathways. For vegetarians, the Veg Lite (18–20 g) is still an excellent PCOS-supportive option.
